As part of a year-round audit, Lease a Bike's service quality was put to the test in a 10-week test phase. Mystery checks tested the responsiveness and quality of customer service via various channels such as telephone, email, live chat and social media. A total of 225 covert inquiries from real consumers were assessed using a detailed list of criteria, which included aspects such as waiting times, friendliness and quality of communication. With the most points in the service bike leasing category, Lease a Bike emerged as the winner of the award.
